Refund policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, and all sales are final. For wholesale orders, we do not accept returns, and any cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase—no exceptions. Refunds are only issued in cases where there is an error on our end. We highly recommend purchasing samples before placing bulk orders. Additionally, all custom orders are final, and no refunds will be granted. Approval of custom formulas must be confirmed before production.
