Terms of service

For wholesale orders, standard orders under $250 will be processed within seven business days, while orders over $250 will be processed within nine business days. We do not accept rush orders. Sample orders placed before 2 PM will ship the same day, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are processed in the order they are received, with no exceptions. Any modifications to an order must be made within 24 hours of purchase, and we do not accept orders with different billing and shipping addresses.
