Shipping policy

We ship via USPS and UPS and reserve the right to choose the best carrier for each order. Shipping days are Monday through Friday. If tracking has not been updated within 48 hours, customers should contact us at customerservice@blushvsteamspa.com. We are not responsible for carrier delays and recommend contacting the shipping provider for updates. All bulk orders of $100 or more require a signature upon delivery. If a package is returned to us, customers must pay a reshipment fee. For body butter orders during the summer months, shipments will only be processed Monday through Wednesday and will include ice sheets to prevent melting. Custom orders ship via UPS and also require a signature upon delivery.
